We are not the only ones that know our product is great!

Below are some comments from customers running BellMinder.

  • Life before BellMinder can only be described as chaotic and even stressful. The bell was something repetitive and mundane that was always interrupting other functions like attending to a child, or answering the phone. I always had to have an eye on the clock, which never seemed to be accurate. I was tied to being physically in the office. When things got busy, we’d ask ourselves ‘Have we rung that bell, or did we just think it?’ Teachers were concerned if the bell was not rung at the correct time because lateness affected everyone’s timetables and classes. When children were left minding the office, we put a piece of cardboard over the bell with a reminder not to touch it. It seems ridiculous now looking back.

Now my mind is freed up and I can help outside the office more. Classes are punctual because the bell is synchronised to the computer and not me and the office clock! Just this morning we had an assembly without the bells interrupting, because with just a flick and a switch, we can turn the bell off whenever we want to. We can change the schedule for parent interviews and wet days. The bell really works for us instead of the other way round!

  • We find 'BellMinder' a great device and the software is exremely easy to use. Our bells were previously automated with an extremely complex programming setup with limited options. Using 'BellMinder' to control our system and being able to program (directly from a desktop) times and events so far in advance, as well as at very short notice, is proving a bonus."

  • We already had an automated timer - but changing the schedule was so difficult that we kept reverting to a manual system. With BellMinder we replaced the old system and would never turn back - We have total control in a fraction of the time... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

  • The greatest thing about BellMinder is that you can forget about it! It has released the office lady from what used to be a major concern to do her other jobs more efficiently. Its time accuracy means it always rings exactly on time, so now the teachers don’t need to be clockwatching either.

It is a very economical system because you can alter it at your own pleasure without paying someone to do it like you have to with other automated systems; in fact it can be altered the same day to suit any special changes. Changing things is just a one minute job. This means that when someone new is helping in the office, she doesn’t need lengthy instructions about the bell. It looks after itself. We don’t have to worry about the children making a mistake when they look after the office to give the secretary a break. In fact because it’s an automated system it doesn’t matter if anyone is in the office at all.

As the Property Manager I appreciate not having to think about BellMinder after it’s been installed. There are no ongoing costs, so I don’t have to factor maintenance or timetable updates into my yearly budgets. Nor do I have to factor maintenance into my work schedule. This makes it very economical over time.

For its cost, BellMinder is a very cost effective solution long-term. It is ideal for schools that have to budget across a number of years.
